We are pleased to announce a new range of filtration products. These are filters and filtration chambers. The filtration chambers improve substantially the BOD and Suspended Solids reduction in water and effluent treatment, specifically in sewage treatment where there are also significant Ammonia and Coli-form reduction.

The filters are designed for utility, industrial, domestic and commercial applications. The range can be used with existing or undersize treatment plants to improve the final discharge effluent quality. The ranges reduce Suspended Solid by up to 90%, A full range of products that cater up to 37m³ per day in a single filter is available, as an example a 200PE filtration chamber with pumps and filters can be supplied for around £5,500 + vat.

The product when used as gravity in and gravity out Filtration Chamber is carbon neutral. We can provide low energy cost pumps for the aeration of the effluent, these pumps can also be used in the chambers to decrease the final outlet invert depth.
We are now fitting the filters into our Green Filter Septic Tank range. Filters for daily flows greater than 1.8m³ have an automatic shut off ball float that prevents solids leaving the chamber whilst the filter is cleaned with in a minute; these filters have a gas deflector fitted as standard. High Level Alarms and Telemetry Systems are available.

The chambers can be used to reduce the threat of clogging and poisoning of reed beds.

The plants offer a new green low or zero carbon foot print alternative to having to use valuable resources to increase water treatment capacity, whilst ensuring the rivers, ground water and water table are not polluted.
