Temporary Sewage Treatment Plants
The Uni: SAF Plants are designed for aboveground installation
and to provide three stage sewage treatment. The range
is engineered for populations from 6-50PE.
The plants are manufactured from high performance 10mm SMC with Stainless Steel
fixings.
Fine air bubble aeration of the plant is undertaken by using high performance
Bibus compressors, diffusers and 320m²/m³ media. The plants are extremely
strong with a small footprint which contributes to a fast and safe installation.
The plants operate a continuous process of activated sludge return to further
improve the final effluent quality. The plants airflow, media and retention calculations
are specific for the individual site and consent standard.
Built with the aim to keep ongoing maintenance to a minimum, they are simple
in operation with easy access for de-sludging. Uni:SAF can be used in-conjunction
with our range of Uni:Holland Pump Chambers, where connection to the plant is
not through gravity.
If the final effluent is to be reused we advise further treatment by either disinfectant
or chlorine dosing. Marsh Sewage Treatment systems are widely used throughout
the UK and have been installed for contracts in Europe and Far East.
