The Uni:Gem SAF Plants are designed for above or below ground
installation and to provide primary and final settlement
treatment, the plants are designed to provide for easy lifting
and movement.
The plants are manufactured from high performance 10mm SMC with Stainless Steel
fixings. Fine air bubble oxygenation is undertaken by using high performance
Bibus compressors, diffusers and 320m²/m³ media.
The plants are extremely strong with a small footprint which contributes to a
fast and safe installation. The plants operate a continuous process of activated
sludge return to further improve the final effluent quality. The plants airflow,
media and retention calculations are specific for the individual site and consent
standard.
The plants are built with the aim to keep ongoing maintenance to a minimum, they
are simple in operation with easy access for desludging. The plants are easily
connected to existing facilities. If the final effluent is to be reused we advise
further treatment by either disinfectant or chlorine dosing.
Marsh Sewage Treatment systems are widely used throughout the United Kingdom
and have been installed for contracts in Europe and Far East.
