The Uni:Gem SAF Plants are designed for above or below ground installation, the plants are
intended to improve either a failing sewage treatment plant or to add additional effluent treatment.
The plants are manufactured from high performance 10mm SMC with Stainless Steel fixings. Fine
air bubble oxygenation is undertaken by using high performance Bibus compressors, diffusers and
320m²/m³ media.
The plants are extremely strong with a small footprint which contributes to a
fast and safe installation. The plants operate a continuous process of activated
sludge return to further improve the final effluent quality. The plants airflow,
media and retention calculations are specific for the individual site and consent
standard.
The plants are built with the aim to keep ongoing maintenance to a minimum,
they are simple in operation with easy access for desludging.
