Marsh Industries Limited has further increased its unique range of next generation Ultra Polylok package sewage treatment plants up to two hundred and seventy five population. By the integration of the Polylok filtration units into the final chambers of our plants sewage treatment plants you can be assured that the final effluent will much cleaner than traditional sewage plants.

The patented fitted Polylok© Filters reduce substantially the level of total suspended solids and lower the BOD levels of the final treated effluent. Marsh Polylok is a joint venture with Polylok Inc. of the USA where the filters are now fitted as standard for sewage treatment.

We use Bibus Secoh blowers that are renowned for their reliability and energy efficiency. The final effluent standard of the plants offer treatment to a 15mg/lBOD: 20mg/l SS and 20 NH3 final effluent quality. The plants use Submerged Aerated Filtration (SAF) technology for the optimum performance and long term reliability.

Marsh are members of British Water and these Ultra Polylok plants are designed in accordance with the British Water Code of Practice for Flows and Loads, the range is designed to treat effluent from 60PE to 275PE. The tanks are guaranteed for twenty five years and have an expected design life of 50 years.

The range follows on from our domestic range 6-50PE plants; Ultra Polylok is for larger residential developments, retail and leisure parks, schools and hotels. Its unique design encompasses balanced flow with retention, sludge storage SAF aeration bio-zones with further TSS & enhanced BOD removal through the Polylok Filtration. The plants are designed for easy installation and low long term maintenance.
